I am writing in response to your request for information, received 22 July 2025, regarding PERMIT REQUEST- NW Recycling LTD.

We respond to requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI) and Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR).

• SM18 - this is the entry on the register of scrap metal dealers licenced by the local authority View licence SM18.

• CB3200TS three documents: permit issued 15/4/15, variation issued 21/3/18, transfer issued 27/3/25

• DP3393LV: consolidated permit issued 19/11/21

Rights of appeal
