I am writing in response to your request for information, received 14 October 2025, regarding Request for documents: CP3093MH - Irlam - Material Resource Centre - BIFFA WASTE SERVICES LIMITED.
We respond to requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
I have attached the permit and 4 permit variations.
The original Standard Rules Permit Conditions, SR2010 No 12 have been withdrawn recently and consolidated into an updated standard rules permit, SR2022 No7, which can be accessed from this link:
Withdrawn SR2008 No14 - 75kte - materials recycling facility.
Please refer to the Open Government Licence which explains the permitted use of this information.

Rights of appeal
