I would like to request Environmental Permit (Waste Operations) number GB3907TH - SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK Ltd.

I am writing in response to your request for information, received 2 April 2026, regarding Request for documents: GB3907TH- SUEZ Recycling and Recovery UK Ltd.
We respond to requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
I have attached the permit and a variation. The original Standard Rules Permit Conditions that were used by the permit have recently been withdrawn from use and replaced by an updated version (SR2022 No6) which can be opened here: [Withdrawn] SR2008 No 13 75kte: non-hazardous and hazardous household waste amenity site (existing permits) - GOV.UK.
Please refer to the Open Government Licence which explains the permitted use of this information.

Rights of appeal
