We respond to requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
Please find the requested permit/s attached to this response.
You may notice that the permit number differs from the one originally requested.
The earlier permit (EAWML 73074) was replaced by EAWML 100804 on 6 May 2009. This update related to an administrative matter concerning the original issue, and the replacement ensured that a formally valid permit was in place.
The scope and conditions of the permit remained consistent, and there was no change to its technical content.
EAWML 100804 includes two standard rules sets:

SR 2008 No 3 – since been consolidated into SR 2022 No 4

SR 2008 No 14 – since been consolidated into SR 2022 No 7
