I'm having difficulty locating the discharge permit for Herefordshire Council's Luston Wetland (nutrient mitigation focused), I have a copy of the permit variation for Welsh Water's waste treatment water works where the effluent enters our wetland (MI/AL1001701/006) but I can't find the equivalent permit for our wetland site discharging into Luston Brook. We believe the permit number is EPR/DP3943QM/A0 but I personally can't manage to find a permit under this name. Any assistance / a copy of the permit would be greatly appreciated.

The application reference that you referred to was issued as a permit variation of the Luston WWTW permit (AL1001701) - please find this attached.
