I would like to request Environmental Permit (Industrial Installations) number EPR/CB3707SB.

Request 1 – permit transfer document

Request 2 – CAR form following issue of permit for to include activity 5.3A(1)a)ii)
The site has not been inspected since the issue of that permit on 29 Jan 26. A CAR form was produced on 31 Mar 26 for late submission / missing waste returns, but this was a remote data review, not an on-site inspection.
