I am writing in response to your request for information, received 23 September 2026, regarding Request for documents: QP3092EN .
We respond to requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
I have attached the original permit and the original link to the Standard Rules Permit Conditions from 2009

Rights of appeal
